It is strongly recommended that you configure the player to use the "UDP" transmission protocol in addition to the default "TCP" protocol. You can do this as follows: launch the player, then select "Properties" from the File menu. In the "Properties" dialog box select the "Advanced" tab. make sure the UDP check box is checked as shown below. Click "Apply" and close the player's window.
